Absolutely amazing company, cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional service at a great price. They provided us with a large flower arch and all our centrepieces. The quality was impeccable and they captured our vision perfectly. They had not made the centrepieces we asked for before but totally nailed the brief, the flowers looked vibrant and the whole arrangement was perfect.

The communication pre wedding was excellent and on the day there were un-intrusive and just got things done. The result left our venue looking amazing. We cannot thank the team enough and will use Welsh Elegance again for any future events.

Emma was absolutely incredible! Nothing was too much to ask. We were kept updated on every step. She even prepared our centrepieces at a wedding fayre so we could see exactly what they would look like. We ended up having a few extra tables and she went out of her way to make sure they had a tablecloth and looked perfect. Our wedding reception wasn't in the nicest of places but once the decorations were setup it looked like a completely different hall! I was kept updated the entire time she was decorating. I can honestly say my experience with Emma has been amazing and her customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend using this company and any future parties we will 100% be using Emma to make the place beautiful.

I highly recommend A Touch of Welsh Elegance, Emma was super helpful in deciding colours, and was very happy to change up the display table in her shop to help with decision making, I'd 100% recommend going to the shop as it obviously helps you visualise the tables, as Emma offers lots of different materials, colours and styles - it makes you feel confident with your choice. Emma was great answering all of questions and nothing was too much trouble, we were looking for specific centrepieces to accommodate snacks for the evening and Emma went above and beyond in helping us find the prefect ones.
